My Review of Sarah’s Premonition

*I was given this book in exchange for an honest review*

Having never read anything by TR Lykins before, I was really excited to get a chance to do so. With all of the amazing things I had heard about Lykins’ work I had pretty high expectations. And I think they may have been a little too high.

Let me start with, I really do love this story. The story was fantastic! We start with a homeless teen being taken in by a well-off family and then she ends up adopting the two little girls (who definitely kept me smiling the whole time), inheriting a fortune, getting a degree and writing a novel. Sarah is the perfect example of overcoming the odds.

Adam…oh, Adam.  While I think his intentions were always good, he felt a little like a really clingy stalker who just wouldn’t back down so Sarah finally caved because of those ‘dreamy blue eyes’ and just went out with the guy. It gets better as the story goes on but I had a really hard time liking him in the beginning.

With all of the problems I had with this book, I still really enjoyed reading it. It is a great read and I did finish it in a single night. But because of all of my little irritants I am only giving Sarah’s Premonition 3 1/2 stars. If you’re looking for a nice, innocent romance novel then this book is definitely for you. I just don’t think it was for me!

I am married to the love of my life and have been married to him for twenty years. When I met my husband it was love at first sight so I am still a believer in love. We even got married three months after we meet. I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful boys who keep me on my toes.

As a stay at home mom, I became an avid reader who loves and reads most genres. The love of these books spiked my interest to learn more about the book world and the process it took to become an author. Learning as much as I can about the wonderful world of writing, I had to write my story. I’ve had this story building in my head for over a year and I just needed to share it with everyone. Educating myself in this industry has made me work hard to obtain my goals of writing and becoming an author. The learning process has also made me appreciate, what all these authors have accomplished and all the hard work they put in. I can’t wait to share my story with you!!! My novel is a Clean New Adult/Young Adult Romance. Hope you enjoy my unique story about love.

About MissPhyre

Hi! You can call me MissPhyre. I'm a Nanny by day and a reader by......well, always. I just recently got married and moved to a tiny apartment that barely holds all of my books. But that doesn't stop me from buying more! If I'm not working or reading (sometimes both) I can be found in my pillow fort binge watching Bones or Doctor Who. Popcorn is my one true junk food weakness...I would eat nothing but popcorn and mashed potatoes if I could get away with it!
